Therapeutic Massage
Deep-Tissue
A more intense massage to reach deep muscle layers, and address points of attachment as well as the belly of the muscles. This focused massage is slow and coordinated with deep breathing.

Medical Massage
This includes techniques similar to deep tissue, sports, therapeutic, relaxation and/or pre-natal massage, and includes a structural assessment to determine cause of pain, passive stretching and self help recommendations to decrease reoccurrence.
